Text with Extra Chuncky Yarn: We recommend extra chunky yarn for text up to 4 letters.
Text with more than 8 letters: We recommend medium yarn for text over 8 letters.
Multi-coloured Text: Please use the "Comments" field to provide colour selections when adding your customised text.
"Comments" field: Get creative and describe your vision in words. i.e Design location, etc. If a location isn't specified we will choose it for you!
Yarns and Colours: Our system allows full customisation. You can even customise the colours of our designs. If you don't want to choose colours we will choose for you.
Yarn availability: If a selected colour isn't availabe upon production, we will replace it with a similiar colour.
** All our embroidery is added to the front of the jumper. If you would like something embroidered on the back of the jumper or on the sleeves please specify this on the "Comments" field.

Our jumpers have a classic fit and they are made of 100% cotton. We use acrylic yarn to embroider the jumper.

Features:
Washing
We recommend you wash your knitwear inside out by hand in cool water. If you want to use a washing machine place jumper in a mesh washing bag and use a cool gentle cycle. Do not wash with other garments that have velcro or hooks etc.
Drying
Roll your knit in a clean towel and gently press to absorb all excess water. Gently pull to shape and dry flat. Do not wring. Do not place your knitwear in a dryer. Avoid putting high heat on the ebroidery.
Returns
All orders are hand embroidered individually. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices.
Please double check the spelling, colour and size selections before you place your order. Our jumpers are produced to the highest quality and go through several quality checks throughout production, however if you receive a jumper that is faulty, we will happily replace or exchange it.
Please note that if you receive a faulty item or your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Delivery
We use reputable and reliable delivery agents for all of our Australian orders. All our international orders are sent with express shipping.
Please allow 2-5 weeks for us to create your jumper. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified.
