Return & Exchange Policy

All orders are hand embroidered individually. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind, spelling mistakes or incorrect size or colour choices.

Please double check the spelling, colour and size selections before you place your order. Our jumpers are produced to the highest quality and go through several quality checks throughout production, however if you receive a jumper that is faulty, we will happily replace or exchange it.

Please note that if you receive a faulty item or your order is damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
