Yes! As all our creations are hand made there are some limitations but we will do our best to create a design you will love. Please email us your ideas.

Yes, we sure do! All our international orders are sent with express shipping. In some countries some additional fees may apply upon collection.

Please allow 2-5 weeks for us to create your jumper. Once your order is dispatched you will be notified.

Our jumpers are made of 100% cotton. We use acrylic yarn to embroider the jumper.

Washing

We recommend you wash your knitwear inside out by hand in cool water. If you want to use a washing machine place jumper in a mesh washing bag and use a cool gentle cycle. Do not wash with other garments that have velcro or hooks etc.

Drying

If hand washed, roll your knit in a clean towel and gently press to absorb all excess water. Gently pull to shape and dry flat. Do not wring. Do not place your knitwear in a dryer. Avoid putting high heat on the ebroidery.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to the nature of the order. If your order has been damaged in transit please email us photos of your order and the state of the packaging. We will replace your order and ship it as soon as possible free of charge.
